Wing Chun kung fu also gets into advanced energy work as one progresses.

Chi gung is an essential aspect. Amazing what the body/mind is capable of when well tuned!

Thanks for the comments. I appreciate your engagement with my articles. I will continue with free articles so please stick with me; the paid articles will mainly give more detailed practices and techniques, but those honestly, can be found through a strong enough will to evolve. Regarding the energy work, it is truly mind blowing. I try to find new ways and concepts to explain what happens in the body so the unexperienced mind can somewhat get an idea of it. It has to be experienced in order to start really understanding it and the physical symptoms and sensations that are produced. Every few days I reach a new level of amazement as I witness this massive root structure of energy expand and ascend up through my body. You eventually begin to see it as the channel between the throat and 3rd eye ease and the energy passes through. Anyway, I will continue to share this information as I develop the ability to explain it with words. Best wishes to you friend.

Energy work is absolutely mind blowing. I have experienced multiple times things that some would deem superpowers from working with chi. Amazing!
